BANANA BREAD

This loaf of banana heaven is one of my all time favorite paleo recipes. On top of being incredibly easy to make, it's also gluten free and sugar free (for real). Drizzle with raw honey and love every bite. Here's how:

RECIPE
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Combine in a high speed blender: 
     4 ripe bananas
     4 eggs
     1/2 cup almond butter
     4 tbsp melted coconut oil
3. Blend until creamy
4. Add to mixture:
     1/2 cup coconut flour
     1 tsp baking soda
     1 tsp baking powder
     1 tsp vanilla
     pinch of salt
5. Blend until evenly mixed
6. Pour into greased loaf pan
7. (optional) Add banana slices + coconut/toppings of choice
8. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is cooked
